Darkly roasted coffees develop some sugars, and produce more oil, thus changing their flavor profiles as they darken from their lighter counterparts. Our Lakers Blend is a mix of South and Central American coffees roasted lightly as a Full City. That same blend of beans is roasted ever darker to produce Vienna Roast, French Roast, and Italian Roast. Each of our other dark roasts has its own special description in the individual listing.
