The Leelanau Coffee Roasting Company takes pride in roasting small batches to fill each customer's individual order. Each day the coffee is roasted and packed for each shipment, and shipped fresh via FedEx Ground. In Michigan and some parts of the Great Lakes, it is delivered the next day...24 hours out of the roaster.
Roasted coffee remaining from the day is placed in airtight packaging and frozen, and is then shipped in succeeding days as needed for orders. Please read about storage here.
